| Collections housed by natural history museums are carefully tucked away in spaces one would think are impervious to acts of nature's deconstruction process...but alas, a demolition team is always skulking about! In this case, our “pests” are a group of Gray Mouse Lemurs, Microcebus murinus, photographed by David Haring of the Duke Lemur Center*, and Manfred Eberle of Phocus Pictures. Other specimens you’ll find in this painting are: Homo sapiens, Pan troglodytes, Macaca mulatta, and Gorilla gorilla. *10% of sales from this print series will go directly to the Duke Lemur Center |
